2. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging.
Custom-made or discounted products are not eligible for return (this will be stated on the product).

We will guide you through the process of returning the product to us.
4. Refund
After we have received the product, inspected it, and verified its compliance, a refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method used for purchase.
